LMI Senior Service Officer
The opportunity
As a Senior LMI Service Officer youll work collaboratively within a dynamic team youll proactively identify and pursue claim recovery opportunities provide guidance on arrears processing and hardship reporting manage complex complaints and represent our business in regulatory reviews. Youll also partner closely with the Senior Manager Claims to oversee external mercantile agents and share your expertise to coach and support colleagues.
