A wellestablished attorneys firm based in Paarl is seeking the expertise of a Conveyancer to join our dedicated team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drafting reviewing and registering property transfer documents
- Handling all aspects of bond registrations with thorough accuracy
- Liaising with clients banks and the Deeds Office
- Managing and processing conveyancing files from start to finish
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal procedures and deadlines
REQUIREMENTS:
- Admitted Conveyancer
- Minimum of 23 years proven experience in conveyancing specifically with bond registrations
- Excellent knowledge of the deeds registration process and current conveyancing legislation
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
- Proficiency in conveyancing software (e.g. GhostConvey / LexisConvey)
