Job Description
Recruitment Professionals is assisting a respected law firm in Epsom with the recruitment of a Part-Time Residential Conveyancer. This is a great opportunity for a qualified individual seeking reduced hours while still handling a high-quality residential caseload.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Deal with a range of residential conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold transactions
- Carry out title reviews draft legal documents and liaise with clients and third parties
- Oversee files from instruction to completion with minimal supervision
- Deliver an efficient client-focused service
- Qualified as a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
- 23 years PQE (minimum) in residential conveyancing
- Strong ability to manage own caseload and work independently
- Organised detail-oriented and personable
- Must be available to work from the Epsom office
- Part-time hours to be agreed (within the firms standard working hours of 9:00/9:30am 5:00/5:30pm)
- 1-hour lunch break
- Annual leave allowance is pro-rata (4 weeks for full-time equivalent)
