Job Description

ProjectManagerMultiFamily/ Affordable Housing/Large Stick Framed HousingExperience

Local to Columbus preferred but also willing to travel as needed.

Minimum 5 years construction experience

Selfstarter

Ability to work independently.

Ability to communicate effectively with Owners design professionals property staff subcontractors and tradesman.

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Ability to provide estimates for projects as needed.

Ability to develop and maintain construction schedules.

Experience withLarge Stick Framed Housing

Compensation: $115K$125K. plus bonusesopen for discussion and dependent on experience
