As the Caf Coach youll have the unique role of leading a Caf team and facilitating legendary experiences for our Customers. As the face of Capital One in the community youll build alliances with local organizations and collaborate with vendors to generate new business. Youre more than just a manager for the Caf Ambassador team youll be a trusted mentor and guide for their individual development and overall team performance. Youre a customer advocate. You are always within reach when our customers need assistance. They rely on you to steer them in the right direction. You listen with patience and offer advice thats concise and easy to understand.
Youre a team player. Youll work with an energized team of Caf Ambassadors and help inspire your teammates as they inspire youre nodding along and like what youre reading lets talk.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma GED or Equivalent Certification
At least 2 years of Customer Retail or Financial Services experience
At least 1 year of People Management experience or 2 years Retail Bank experience
Preferred Qualifications:
3 years of Customer Retail or Financial Services experience
2 years of People Management experience
Bachelors Degree

The minimum and maximum fulltime annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for parttime roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Cambridge MA: $104500 $115500 for Cafe CoachCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
