Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform excellent service to all members staff volunteers and guests
- Build relationships by using names and initiating conversations with all members staff volunteers and guests
- Instruct spot and demonstrate parkour skills
- Understand support and commit to the YMCA cause and our role in the community as a leader in Youth Development Healthy Living and Social Responsibility
- Act as a positive role model while implementing YMCA character development and following the four core values of Caring Honesty Responsibility and Respect
- Weeknight and weekend openings for 24 hour shifts at the Houser (Onalaska) Branch
Requirements
- Prior experience coaching or working with various age groups
- Knowledge of parkour skills with the ability to demonstrate spot and modify progressions of those skills
