Inside Sales Account Manager
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

Our awesome team of Inside Account Managers are responsible for managing enhancing and growing Baudvilles existing customer base (no coldcalling here). Individuals are responsible for generating house customer revenue by providing excellent customer service uncovering customer needs and proposing alternative/new product options. Essential Functions: - Balance selling skills with a customer service orientation.
- Become an expert in ones knowledge of the Baudville Brands product line while possessing the ability to translate that knowledge into accurate and meaningful product recommendations for our clients.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members while assimilating oneself into Baudvilles culture of recognition and excellence.
- Maintain a highlevel of professionalism in daily interactions with customers coworkers superiors etc.
- Follow all policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Demonstrate a strong customer focus and commitment to quality service.
- Create a need/value proposition for products and service offerings with client sites.
Key Measures of Success:
- Achieving monthly sales quota of 80% or greater while managing and growing territory of accounts
- Maintain a high activity of calls & talk timedetermined by strengths and territory
- Ability to multitask and function within Baudvilles key technology components: CRM & Order Entry Platforms
- Maintain weekly account/activity reports for business reporting.
- Ability to meet and exceed all monitoring criteria and utilize feedback for further development.
Ideal Candidate Traits:
- Highly motivated professional with excellent communication skills
- Capability to excel in a goaloriented environment
- Prior customer service or business to business sales experience is desirable
- Possess a relational and serviceoriented approach into interactions with others.
- Strong computer skills with a proficiency in Excel and Word; experience with CRMs is a plus.
- Ability and willingness to translate professional training/coaching into daily practices.
- Team player that is willing to support others for the benefit of the organization.

Requirements: Education
- High School Diploma of Equivalent.
Experience - 13 years of businesstobusiness sales and/or customer service experience in a goal oriented and metric driven environment is preferred.
