As a leader on the Hiring Logistics and Operations team you will oversee a team of Case Owners who support candidates throughout the post offer process including navigating the complexities of the background check process. This role involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. This position will oversee workflow within the case management system ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Excellent People Leadership skills are essential for this role as this position is responsible for managing developing and motivating their team to provide exceptional candidate support as they support them through the background check and onboarding process.
Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
Accountable for achieving team goals
Lead a team of up to 5 associates
Create and maintain process and procedure documents while recommending improvements
Leverage various workflow management reports to ensure the accuracy of daily work
Minimize issues by implementing and monitoring preventative controls to manage daily workflow
Assist team to work through escalated candidate/new hire cases
Monitor staffing levels and ensure workload balance within the team
Maintain a strong relationship with upstream and downstream partners to manage the value stream
Work on the teams agile pod by participating in sprints related to the hiring logistics contact team
Create and maintain process efficiencies
Provide continuous feedback and coaching to improve and maintain high quality associate experience effectiveness and efficiency metrics
Motivate and develop associates to help achieve their career aspirations
Execute flawless management of projects as assigned
Ensure timely administration of compliance trainings one on ones and team meetings
Define and measure performance metrics by using monthly scorecards and annual appraisal
Be an advocate for candidates process performers and stakeholders.

The minimum and maximum fulltime annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for parttime roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Richmond VA: $78400 $89500 for Sr. HR AssociateCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
