Job Description

The Implementation Project Manager is a clientfacing project management role. You will lead the implementation experience from start to finish by managing a project plan and coordinating with subject matter experts throughout Collective Health Eligibility Benefit Plan Design Finance and external partners. You will have the space to be both collaborative and determine the success of a project. You will report to the Team Lead Implementations Services.
What youll do:
- Track and manage multiple client implementations using Smartsheet (project management software) over the course of 90120 day engagements
- Scope execute and manage the implementation process for complex clients onto Collective Healths Workforce Health Management System interfacing directly with clients partners and internal experts to build a strong foundation for client satisfaction partnership and success.
- Coordinate with internal Sales Client Success Product Marketing Finance and Member Advocacy teams to manage customization requests partner integrations and risk escalations across a client portfolio inclusive of small medium and enterprise clients
- Identify opportunities and develop process improvement and efficiency strategies to scale implementation capacities improve the client experience and reduce the cost to implement over time.
- Manage client expectations dependencies and deliverables throughout the implementation process to ensure a positive client experience in which key milestones are met ontime and within scope.
To be successful in this role youll need:
- Proficiency with project management tools Smartsheet preferred
- Proficiency with Gsuite applications
- 35 years experience implementing and managing complex and/or technical projects
- Ability to speak and connect with both technical and business personnel at all levels
- Ability to make progress recommendations and decisions with incomplete information
- To identify evaluate and lead teams through prioritization activities
- Experience working in clientfacing roles
- Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
- Education:BA or equivalent
- Years of experience: 35 years in related fields
- Project management
- Engagement manager
- Customer relationship experience
- Healthcare background helpful not required
- Willingness to travel approx 10% of time
Pay Transparency Statement
This is a hybrid position based out of one of our offices: San Francisco CA Plano TX or Lehi UT. Hybrid employees are expected to be in the office two days per week.#LIhybrid
The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location qualifications experience and internal equity.
