Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Design Manager to join our team. The Graphic Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of graphic design within the company including creating and implementing design concepts managing projects and timelines and providing guidance and support to the design team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement creative design concepts for marketing materials product packaging and other visual communication materials
Manage and prioritize design projects ensuring timely delivery and highquality output
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and provide design solutions that meet business objectives
Mentor and provide guidance to the design team fostering a creative and collaborative work environment
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes and output
Oversee the production and printing process to ensure the final product meets quality standards
Work with external vendors and contractors to source materials and manage project budgets
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent project management and time management skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Eligibility Requirements:
