We are currently seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team.
Position Overview:
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing and tracking incoming payments resolving billing issues and maintaining accurate financial records. This role plays a key part in supporting the companys cash flow and financial stability.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner

Monitor accounts receivable ledger and ensure timely collection of payments

Follow up on outstanding invoices via email and phone

Apply payments to customer accounts accurately

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies

Maintain detailed records of collection activities and communications

Work with internal teams to resolve billing issues or disputes

Prepare regular reports on aging accounts and payment status

Assist with monthend closing and audit processes
Qualifications:
-
Associate degree in Accounting Finance or related field; Bachelors degree preferred

2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial role

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
