Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers introducing products or services
Present and explain product benefits to customers and identify their needs
Handle customer objections and close sales effectively
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Manage customer accounts and update the CRM system with accurate information
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and performance
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements

Fluency in French (both written and spoken)
Previous telesales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
Excell
