Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales activities for B2B clients.
- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to achieve business goals.
- Upsell and crosssell services to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring longterm satisfaction and retention.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Record all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Native French speaker with excellent communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales including cold calling and upselling.
- Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Contract Details:
- Permanent contract.
- 40hour workweek (8 hours/day 5 days/week).
- Work hours: Monday to Friday 9 AM 7 PM (rotational shifts).
