ABOUT THE TEAM

We are on a mission to build worldclass operations for Trade Republic. Our talented Product Operations experts are given the most complex hardtosolve problems and create scalable solutions throughout the company to enable its hypergrowth. From optimising product workflows to ensuring seamless operations theres nothing our Product Operations team cant do. Our Product Operations team isnt here to maintain existing systems but to drive the development and management of worldclass products from inception to delivery.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING

• Assist the Product Operations team in designing and implementing scalable processes to support our products and drive Trade Republics growth.
• Coordinate customer communication across multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Product/Engineering Operations Legal/Compliance.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• Fluency in English
• Enrolled or completed a university degree (study focus in the field of economics business studies law computer science mathematics physics humanities or other relevant fields)
• Initial relevant experience in a fastpaced environment (high growth startup leading management consulting firm or investment bank)
• Interest in banking finance capital markets and their regulatory frameworks
• Independent working attitude with adherence to deadlines
• Effective communication skills dedication and strong organisational abilities
• Proactive with an openminded attitude unafraid of new challenges
