What do I need
Create your best future and join Westpac as a Product Manager Transactions
Whats the role
Youll manage the products that power everyday bankingtransaction accounts savings and payments. This role is about making sure these products work better stay compliant and evolve with customer needs. Youll be across delivery strategy and investment planning.
This is a fulltime role based in Sydney with onsite work 23 days per week.
How youll help:
- Deliver key initiatives Lead product changes regulatory updates and feature improvements from start to finish.
- Build the roadmap Plan whats next and make the case for future investment.
- Support decisionmaking Provide insights and recommendations on product performance risk and opportunities.
- Be a delivery lead Act as the subject matter expert across projects involving transaction and deposit products.
What do I need
- Strong planning and delivery skills.
- Experience with transaction savings or payment products.
- Comfortable working in a regulated environment and managing risk.
- Able to build business cases and understand product performance.
- Adaptable and able to work through change.
- Confident making decisions and challenging where needed.
- Skilled at working with crossfunctional teams.
