The Opportunity

Join our dynamic team as a strategic and analytical Senior Fund Analyst to support the DHPF Assistant Fund Manager and Fund Manager in driving portfolio performance and managing risk. In this role youll contribute to the development and execution of the Funds strategy gain deep insight into fund dynamics and help shape tactical investment decisions. Your expertise in direct real estate and strong analytical skills will be key to identifying opportunities supporting capital structure decisions and enhancing returns. Success in this role hinges on your ability to build trusted relationships and deliver actionable insights that support the Funds priorities.

You will make an impact by:

• Supporting fund strategy through market research financial analysis of transactions and preparation of budgets and investment plans.

• Assisting in managing the funds capital structure including equity debt and hedging while identifying risks and opportunities.

• Building strong relationships with internal teamsasset management leasing finance and sector specialiststo drive performance.

• Leading fund reporting and modelling delivering insights into performance drivers returns and attribution analysis.

• Ensuring adherence to fund guidelines and compliance requirements while supporting marketing approvals and board reporting.

About You

• Tertiary degree in Property Business Commerce or a related field; further studies or professional certifications are a plus.

• Minimum 3 years in property or finance with strong financial modelling skills and familiarity with unlisted funds capital structures and financial reporting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint; capable of advanced financial analysis DCF modelling and investment return calculations.

• Strong communication collaboration and time management skills; demonstrates initiative strategic thinking and attention to detail.

• Honest adaptable and intellectually curious with a practical mindset; able to work independently manage sensitive information and build strong relationships.
