OSHC Coordinator

Position: Outside School Hours Coordinator
Location:Townsville Queensland
Hours: Up to 38 hours per week. Option to work split shift (morning afternoon) 106pm shift or alternatively negotiate with us for your desired hours. Plus we are offering flexible hours during school holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of a high quality inclusive and educational program.
• Supervise and engage with children during outside school hours programs.
• Plan and implement a variety of activities that promote learning and fun.
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
• Collaborate with a team of coordinators to share ideas and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their childs progress and any concerns.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to bookings and fees supported by our dedicated administrative team.

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about working with children and creating a positive impact on their lives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
• Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards.
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• Valid current Blue Card (Working with Children check).
• A love for teamwork and excellent communication skills.
