Job Description

Job Responsibilities

In this position you will be responsible for the following:

  • Serve as the lead time administrator for the Agency statewide.
  • Assist with benefits retirement and New Employee Orientation.
  • Assist area office time administrators.
  • Monitor payroll reports during payroll processing in SCEIS.
  • Certify all classification and compensation actions entered into SCEIS by the Regional HR Coordinators.
  • Process employment verifications.
  • Request testing for select candidates.
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

High School diploma and two years of clericalexperience in payroll finance or related area. (A relevant Bachelors degreecan be substituted for work experience).

If invited to interview please obtain your Official 10 year driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles to bring with you.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience usingSCEIS(SAP) payroll functions and/or Time Administrator roles preferred
