As a Helpdesk Support Level IV youll be the senior technical support resource at our growing Alliance TX office. Youll provide expertlevel assistance to employees resolve complex hardware and software issues and serve as a critical point of contact for IT needs onsite. Youll support crossfunctional collaboration and play a vital role in keeping our systems and people running smoothly.
Respond to IT support requests via phone email and ticketing system.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex computer software device system and network issues.
Conduct remote and onsite diagnostics using advanced IT tools.
Escalate unresolved issues to higherlevel IT resources as needed.
Track and document all support interactions in the helpdesk system.
Provide timely updates and resolution status to end users.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to IT knowledgesharing and process improvement efforts.
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
6 years of helpdesk or technical support experience in a business environment.
Expert knowledge of computer systems IT infrastructure and enduser support.
Strong diagnostic and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal.
Commitment to customer service and a collaborative team mindset.
Ability to work independently at a satellite office with minimal supervision.
