Business Systems Analyst AdvisorWhat does a successful Business Systems Analyst do at Fiserv
A successful Business Systems Analyst at Fiserv collaborates with product managers and agile teams to define software requirements and ensure compliance with development standards. They document stakeholder requirements prioritize product backlogs and oversee the development lifecycle ensuring the product meets business needs and quality standards.
What you will do:
- Define and document detailed software requirements and user stories.
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and priorities.
- Create and prioritize backlog items based on the overall business strategy.
- Manage project scope budget and timelines ensuring alignment with stakeholders objectives.
- Assist with troubleshooting validating and testing developed software solutions.
- Ensure user documentation is clear and effective for client needs.
What you will need to have:
- 5 years of business experience in the banking and/or Credit Union industries.
- 5 years of experience in Commercial lending and Commercial account management.
- 3 years of experience with SQL Axure and JIRA.
- 3 years of experience in software testing and validation methods.
- Fouryear college degree or equivalent work and/or military experience.
This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado California District of Columbia Hawaii Illinois Maryland New York Nevada Rhode Island or Washington.
