Tru Builders is a familyowned and operated designbuild company specializing in home remodeling across the West Valley Phoenix and surrounding areas. Were growing and looking for a Project Coordinator to help bring order clarity and communication to our projects from start to finish.

About the Role
As Project Coordinator youll work closely with our production and design teams to keep remodeling projects running smoothly. Youll handle scheduling vendor communication documentation and assist in daytoday project logistics.
What Youll Do
- Assist with project planning scheduling and progress tracking
- Coordinate subcontractors suppliers and deliveries
- Communicate with clients and team members to ensure clarity and updates
- Maintain project documentation and job files
- Support field teams with logistical needs and administrative tasks
What You Bring
- 2 years in construction remodeling or project coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and followthrough
- Comfortable using project management and scheduling tools
- A proactive problemsolving mindset
- Passion for delivering great service and smooth experiences
