Maintenance Coordinator

We are currently seeking a fulltime Maintenance Coordinator to join our energetic and adventurous team at The Eli Winter Springs Apartments in Winter Springs FL. In this position you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the maintenance operations on site. ABOUT THIS ROLE
This position typically works Monday Friday with some Saturdays on a rotating basis. Occasionally afterhours emergency calls may be required. As the onsite Maintenance Coordinator at our beautiful community youll find yourself in the heart of our residential management team. Not only do you ensure that all maintenance equipment is in tiptop shape but you also make certain were following federal and state guidelines. Youll also handle important administrative tasks. From coordinating maintenance requests to turning over residences efficiently youre the organizational genius who keeps all our supplies and tools in perfect order. Your meticulous attention to detail means our records are impeccable and youre always in touch with the corporate office vendors and contractors. You take pride in the part you play in our success!
