Your future team

As part of our team you will be creating solutions used by & beneficial to various stakeholders in large organization with focus on Finance & Accounting teams. Together we support our company with preparing automated faster & more efficient tools and ways of working. You will be able to participate in unique initiatives across wide organization and subsequently develop your technical skills understanding of different processes and improve communication. You will join team of experts who will provide you professional insights and stand you in good stead for your career growth.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Service Management Trainee you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting RGBS Site and RGBS Finance Strategy
  • Supporting RGBS Service Management and respective RGBS Finance projects
  • Maintaining KPIs on RGBS level
  • Maintaining & developing Robotic Process Automations
  • Maintaining introduced Service Management tools and SharePoint sites
  • Supporting the implementation of new tools and solutions in RGBS Service Management area
  • Creating & maintaining Power BI / Data visualization
  • Suggesting process optimization

What You Bring:

  • Student status ideally after third year of Bachelor studies
  • Ability to gather and maintain a wide array of data and analyzing it
  • Ability to quickly learn and use new software applications
  • Advanced working knowledge on MS Office
  • Creative ProblemSolving approach
  • Good communication skills also in English
  • Interest in IT
  • Customer oriented approach
