Businees Data Analyst Modeler
It is crucial for ensuring that data is organized accessible and usable for various business applications ultimately supporting the organizations data management strategy.
You will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining data models that support the organizations business needs.
Role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translating these needs into more technical specifications.

How you will make an impact:
Create and maintain data models to support business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand data requirements. translate business needs into proper specifications and data models.
Analyse large data sets to identify trends patterns and insights. Ensure data integrity by eliminating redundancy and maintaining data quality.
Ensure data models align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to the management team.
Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in data modelling and analytics.
Your background:
Experience and education:24 years of experience in data modelling data analysis
or a related role.
Hard skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into data models attention to detail and a commitment to data quality and integrity.
Soft skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present findings strong problemsolving skills and attention to details ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Additional skills (preferred not must): Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards familiarity with machine learning/AI and predictive analytics; proficiency in data modelling tools and database management systems; experience working in an international or multicultural corporate environment; multilingual skills and crosscultural communication abilities are a plus.
