Sustainable Packaging organization is responsible for packaging programs that reduce waste improve packaging automation reduce cost to serve and improve performance to customer promise. The Marketing Specialist will develop barraising content; drive the strategy and execution of campaigns; and dive deep into post campaign analysis to ensure all activities are delivering against predefined targets. This role will collaborate with stakeholders from across business units and will be responsible for driving campaign metrics.
Key job responsibilities
Creating and executing an endtoend demand generation strategy. This includes outreach to existing sellers.
Working closely with senior stakeholders to develop and drive the onsite strategy
Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships across regional and global stakeholders
Own all key traffic drivers; and own creation of marketing programs and multiple key traffic drivers to acquire new customers.
Conceptualize design and execute onsite online and offline marketing initiatives to extend awareness
Develop test and execute multichannel marketing plans to drive customer acquisition
Conduct indepth analyses to determine marketing effectiveness and continuously improve efficiency
Understand and use merchandising and customerfacing metrics to guide decision making.
Meet business goals while ensuring a topnotch customer experience
Own projects with considerable scope and/or complexity with significant impact on customer experience
Learn and be curious and stay on top of key trends
2 years of professional noninternship marketing experience
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
Experience in a marketing role
Experience working with a Content Management System (e.g. Wordpress Drupla Joomla etc.)
Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand/business challenges
