Clinical Lead Nurse

28 hours per week Short Shifts 2225 per hour

Our client is dedicated to enhancing the lives of older adults. With a strong focus on delivering personcentred support theyre now looking for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join their welcoming team in a supernumerary capacity offering clinical guidance mentorship and heart.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse ready to take the next step in their career or someone already in a leadership position whos looking for a more supportive and progressive environment. Whether youre an RGN or RMN with solid clinical skills and a passion for quality care this role could be your perfect fit.

Working 28 hours per week across short shifts as a Clinical Lead Nurse you will play a key role in supporting and developing the nursing team while upholding high standards of care and clinical practice. This is a supernumerary position meaning your time will be focused on leadership mentoring and ensuring best practices.

What Were Looking For

  • Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with valid NMC registration
  • Proven experience and strong knowledge of care planning and risk assessments
  • Robust clinical skills and a desire to share knowledge and mentor others
  • Experience in a nursing home or similar setting is preferred
  • A confident communicator with a warm supportive approach
  • Someone passionate proactive and excited to grow within the role
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative and respectful environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing and care team
  • Take a lead on care planning and risk assessments ensuring they are accurate up to date and personcentred
  • Support with clinical audits training and quality improvement
  • Act as a role model for excellent care delivery and team collaboration
  • Assist in managing care documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere for residents and staff alike
  • Liaise effectively with families healthcare professionals and external partners
