Clinical Lead Nurse
28 hours per week Short Shifts 2225 per hour
Our client is dedicated to enhancing the lives of older adults. With a strong focus on delivering personcentred support theyre now looking for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join their welcoming team in a supernumerary capacity offering clinical guidance mentorship and heart.

Working 28 hours per week across short shifts as a Clinical Lead Nurse you will play a key role in supporting and developing the nursing team while upholding high standards of care and clinical practice. This is a supernumerary position meaning your time will be focused on leadership mentoring and ensuring best practices.
What Were Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with valid NMC registration
- Proven experience and strong knowledge of care planning and risk assessments
- Robust clinical skills and a desire to share knowledge and mentor others
- Experience in a nursing home or similar setting is preferred
- A confident communicator with a warm supportive approach
- Someone passionate proactive and excited to grow within the role
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative and respectful environment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing and care team
- Take a lead on care planning and risk assessments ensuring they are accurate up to date and personcentred
- Support with clinical audits training and quality improvement
- Act as a role model for excellent care delivery and team collaboration
- Assist in managing care documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere for residents and staff alike
- Liaise effectively with families healthcare professionals and external partners
