We are seeking an ambitious HubSpot Consultant to join our growing are three core responsibilities for this role:
1) assist our B2B technology clients in reaching their commercial goals using HubSpot. This includes leading data migrations advising on integration needs and carrying out portal audits and implementing improvements.
2) support the internal team by recommending HubSpot best practices and keeping uptodate with the latest HubSpot functionalities.
3) lead our Partnered Scale Onboarding (PSO) program and expand it by eventually adding more team members.
The ideal candidate will have the technical knowhow of HubSpot and the creativeability to craft solutions and choose appropriate tactics to deliver on the set working with HubSpot is a mustas youllbe required to help with consulting and onboarding clients on HubSpot.
You will be proactive seeing the client as an extension of our team. Never settling for average you will always seek the best results as you immerse yourself in their performance and the market.
For the Senior HubSpot Consultant role the following skills are essential:
Advanced Proficiency with HubSpot: Deep understanding of HubSpots tools and functionalities including CRM marketing automation sales and service hubs.
Client Management: Experience in managing client relationships understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Data Analysis: Strong skills in analysing data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
ProblemSolving: Creative and strategic thinking to develop effective solutions for clients needs.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with clients and team members.
Adaptability: Ability to stay updated with the latest HubSpot features and adapt strategies accordingly.
Team Leadership: Experience in leading and mentoring a team especially in scaling programs like the PSO. Happy upbeat cando attitude and resilience.
These skills will help ensure success in assisting clients supporting the internal team and leading the PSO program.
Advanced HubSpot experience
A minimum of 23 years of digital inhouse or marketing agency experience
Passion and strong understanding of the inbound marketing process/methodology and HubSpot platform
Creative confident and positive approach to problemsolving
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
High attention to detail
Willingness to learn and continuously develop as techniques and requirements advance and change
Always looking for a solution or a better way to do things
