Your Role
Driving Innovation in Debt Financing: Support the structuring and execution of complex financing transactions as we scale our debt facilities into the multibillion range.
Engaging with TopTier Investors: Work directly with institutional investors and financial partners contributing to highimpact discussions and dealmaking.
Monitoring and Reporting: Help oversee the ongoing performance and compliance of our debt portfolio ensuring transparency and accuracy in all reporting processes.
Operational Excellence: Take ownership of daytoday treasury operations and contribute to strategic portfolio management decisions.

What You Bring to the Table
You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business Administration Business Economics or a related field.
Sharp Analytical Thinking: You enjoy working with numbers spotting trends and approaching problems with structured datadriven thinking.
Genuine Interest in Finance: You have a clear affinity for financial topics and a growing passion for the world of debt financing.
Excellent Communication Skills: Whether written or verbal youre comfortable expressing ideas and engaging with stakeholders across all levels.
Team Player with a SelfStarter Attitude: You thrive in a collaborative environment but are just as effective working independently.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential
