Job Description
We are currently seeking a Workshop Manager to join our team at Rola Ford Hermanus. As the Workshop Manager you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daytoday operations of our busy workshop. Furthermore you will be responsible for ensuring that the workshop is operating efficiently and effectively and that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Knowledge of automotive systems and technology
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Valid drivers lisence
- Clear criminal record
