## Overview
Were on the lookout for a skilled and dynamic Commercial Account Executive to join our team. As a Commercial Account Executive youll be responsible for maintaining and growing a portfolio of commercial accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management a strong understanding of the insurance industry.
## Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial accounts surpassing revenue and retention targets
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer support
Identify opportunities for crossselling and upselling to expand account relationships
Stay up to date on industry trends regulations and market conditions to provide tailored solutions to clients
Build strong relationships with clients and act as the main point of contact for all accountrelated matters
## Qualifications
Proven experience as a Commercial Account Executive or similar role
Proficiency in Applied EPIC and other relevant software
Solid understanding of commercial insurance products and services
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field

Engage with existing and potential clients to understand their insurance needs
Conduct regular account reviews and provide insights to optimize coverage and mitigate risks
Collaborate with underwriters and other stakeholders to tailor insurance solutions
Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and transactions
