Job Description
Key job responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for cloud computing software development and infrastructure roles Utilize various sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter GitHub Stack Overflow and other technical platforms Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future positions Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team culture Screen and evaluate candidates qualifications against role requirements Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reporting on pipeline health Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) data accuracy Represent Amazon at recruiting events and tech conferences
1 years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience
Bachelors degree or 2 years of fulltime Amazon experience
Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing tracking and managing candidates
Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring
Experience leading or participating in technology hiring events technology mixers and regular attendance and participation at technology meetups and technology user groups
