Description

Job Summary:
Otherworld Philadelphia is seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Event Sales Manager to lead and grow our event sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing event sales opportunities developing relationships with key clients and implementing strategic sales plans to drive revenue opportunities. This role requires a strong background in sales excellent communication skills and a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Compensation includes base salary plus a competitive tiered commission plan with
uncapped earning potential

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive event sales strategy to achieve revenue goals.

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients tour operators event planners and other potential Event customers.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and negotiation to contract closure.

  • Collaborate with 13FEG Otherworld Columbus and Philadelphia operations teams to create compelling sales packages and promotions.

  • Maintain detailed sales reports forecasts and performance metrics.

  • Manage CRM platform for all prospective leads

  • Represent the company at industry events trade shows and networking functions throughout Philadelphia

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction before during and aftersales transactions.

  • Serve as the primary contact during all events including concerts

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in business Marketing Hospitality or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales preferably in Event sales hospitality theme park historical institutions tourism or events.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Ability to negotiate favorable terms and close business

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Zendesk Ticketure Square experience a plus

  • Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently.
