Key job responsibilities Recruit and manage a diverse portfolio of Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) sellers for Multichannel Distribution (MCD) and Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD). Consult with sellers to understand their supply chain needs through solutionsbased selling Develop and execute pipeline management plans to meet or exceed sales targets Gather and synthesize customer feedback to drive product improvements and innovation Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align product strategy with business objectives
A day in the life As an Account Rep II youll start your day by reviewing your seller portfolio and identifying key opportunities for growth. Youll engage in consultative conversations with sellers understanding their unique challenges and proposing tailored MCD solutions. Throughout the day youll analyze data to inform your strategy collaborate with the product team on improvements and prepare for sales review meetings. Your role will be dynamic requiring you to balance relationship management strategic thinking and operational execution.
About the team As a member of the Fulfillment Recruitment Team you will be specifically collaborating with partner Direct Sales Teams/product teams focused on the recruitment and optimization of 3P Sellers for Supply Chain by Amazon. You will be one of seven Account Representatives on this subteam but actively working alongside peer teams across our greater Fulfillment Recruitment & Development Team.
Bachelors degree or equivalent or 3 years of sales or marketing work (like ecommerce retail technology SaaS) or equivalent experience
2 years of inside sales experience Knowledge of procurement and source to pay methods at small and medium businesses Experience influencing at all levels within an organization particularly at the executive level Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative solutionsfocused approach or equivalent
