We are seeking a skilled IT Analyst Technical Infrastructure to join our Global Voice and Telepresence CAT IT Division
The preference for this role is to be based out of Whitefield PSN Office Bangalore
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Communication & Collaboration Analyst to join our innovative team. In this key role you will support Microsoft (MS) Teams calling manage our cuttingedge Digital Signage environment and administer cellular phones. Your technical expertise and excellent communication skills will be crucial in ensuring seamless operations and robust support for our advanced collaboration and communication systems. Key Responsibilities
- Enhanced Communication: By supporting Microsoft Teams calling the analyst will ensure seamless communication within the organization leading to improved collaboration and productivity.
- Effective Information Distribution: Managing the Digital Signage environment will enable the efficient distribution of information across the organization ensuring that all employees are wellinformed and up to date.
- Expanded Connectivity: Administering cellular phones will ensure that employees have reliable and efficient communication tools enhancing their ability to stay connected and perform their tasks effectively.
What you will have
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field
- Experience in supporting MS Teams calling or similar systems
- Knowledge of Digital Signage systems and cellular phone administration
- Strong problemsolving and communication skills
- 5 days Work from office
- Shift Timing 01:00PM 10PM IST

- Experience with MS Teams calling
- Familiarity with Digital Signage software and hardware

Work Environment
- The primary location for this position is Bangalore PSN
- Relocation is NOT available
- This role may require occasional oncall support and the ability to work flexible hours to address urgent issues
- 10% travel may be required

Explains the importance of thorough system testing prior to implementation.

Systems Software Infrastructure: Knowledge of computer architecture and system software interaction; ability to design and build a fundamental architecture of operating systems database management systems communications protocols compilers and other development tools.

Discusses the interrelationship between software hardware and telecommunications.
