Preferred Knowledge:
Perform sustainment and system maintenance activities by troubleshooting SAP PI issues documenting issue resolution and creating user assistance tools to ensure adequate performance for all SAP PI integrations across the organization.
Design high quality sustainable solutions by identifying creating and presenting business process improvements and feasible technical options following industry best practices standards and guidelines.
Independently research investigate and resolve SAP integration issues by collaborating with other development and sustainment support teams while providing timely status updates to the team lead on all work requests and issues.
Support multiple sustainment and project teams by recommending testing and implementing improvements and fixes to SAP integration solutions and to the existing standards processes and guidelines to continuously improve SAP integration efficiency.
Provide technical guidance advice assistance consulting and leadership to the team consisting of other consultants in terms of work management and architecture and technology best practices so that projects and initiatives are completed safely with quality within budget and on time.
Technical Skills
Operations support of the organizations integrations deployed on SAPs BTP Integration Suite (IS)
Operations support of the support the organizations integrations deployed on SAPs Netweaver Process Integration (PI) 7.5
Proactively contribute to functional requirements refinements interface technical design
Proactively and continually enhance internal documentation procedures service quality and support
Migrate and refactor interfaces from SAP PI to SAP BTP IS
Participate in software development lifecycle for new interface delivery work
Qualification:
3 years of working experience in SAP Integration development project implementation and production support.
3 years in a tier2 production support position dealing with other functional and technology teams
3 years of SAP integration experience including endtoend process from requirements to production turnover
3 or more years of SAP PI/PO development / administrative experience NW 7.5 or equivalent.
Excellent skills in SAP Cloud integration an asset
Excellent communication skills for professional environment written and spoken
Expert skills in the following areas:
Integration concepts
SAP PI/PO administration as well as development
Incident & change management process.
Project and operations experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite specifically API Manager capabilities or other API Manager tooling from other vendors
Soft Skills:
Selfdriven with a cando attitude with an excellent communication and clientfacing skills
Problemsolving mindset and ability to work in a collaborativeenvironment.
Strong relationship builder within the organization and with external partners.
