Your mission
- Sell executive education programmes to companies to equip their leaders with the mind and skillset to tackle strategic business challenges.
- Grow revenue by upselling clients and acquiring new ones first in Benelux France Germany and then beyond.
- Coordinate the work of learning designers professors innovation consultants facilitators and admin colleagues to create and pitch impactful learning journeys.
- Build a network of decisionmakers to acquire the latest trends and position Vlerick in target international markets.
- Build bridges with Vlericks other business units and the broader ecosystem (alums partners etc.) to generate new opportunities for the school.
You
- Have a solid track record in building relationships with CXOs and selling them consultancy and services a relevant network in Europe would be ideal.
- Have a genuine interest in learning and development and business education (finance leadership marketing/sales operations strategy and technology).
- Are a creative thinker and deep listener. You communicate fluently in English and ideally in Dutch or German.
- Are flexible and autonomous to operate with a lot of freedom and autonomy.
- Want to work on our beautiful Brussels Ghent and/or Leuven campuses in combination with visiting clients and using your home office.
- Are flexible to join sporadic evening and weekend activities and are willing to travel abroad occasionally.
