We are proudly partnering with a growing OT service provider with sites in the north and east who are looking for an additional Senior Occupational Therapist to join their team as either a Senior OT or as the Bundoora Clinical Lead. The service is family owned so you get the best of both worlds the experience of a progressive and innovative service with the closeknit family feel.
As my clients service has expanded they now have the need for an accomplished OT who has a passion for supporting an adult caseload and also working alongside the Clinical Lead Blackburn as a subject matter expert. The role can be shaped based on your experience and career goals.
Key areas of the role are
- Working collaboratively with a team of OTs and AHAs to support the therapy needs of NDIS participants
- Visiting clients in clinic at home or other locations (including telehealth) to provide person centred evidencebased clinical care.
- Actively participate in professional development opportunities to further grow your skills and capabilities
- Mentoring OTs with an adults caseload and helping to create professional development content
- For a Lead role provide supervision leadership and service development collaborating with external referring partners.
Candidates must have general AHPRA full working rights and a passion for growing their career in the NDIS field. Youll also be an accomplished OT who has strong experience working wiht an adult / older adult caseload.
