Description

Job Summary

The Regional Manager will provide leadership and guidance to Branch Management in regards to operations sales and warehouse personnel. In addition the Regional Manager will develop and implement strategies to grow market share within the Regions territory and drive operational and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report to Vice Presidents of Branch Sales and Support and Branch Operations Support
  • Define sales goals and objectives per branch throughout the region
  • Responsible for coaching and counselling all branch management with effective selling techniques to grow top line sales and operative techniques to maintain proficiency
  • Identify performance opportunities and create measurable resolutions with a sense of urgency
  • Deliver reports sales and frequent meetings with good level of competence of regions revenue and operative measures
  • Work with Operations Managers to maintain safety and operative procedures
  • Attracts recruits develops and directs highly qualified Sales/Operative representatives
  • Keep and maintain budget for the region
  • Develop internal mobility by identifying high potential talent and creating a development plan that caters to managerial and operational skill sets
  • Build and improve company values and find ways to improve further its promotion

Qualifications (Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience)

  • Successful history in managing business operations
  • Experience in motivating and developing sales and operations leaders
  • Knowledge of the tile/flooring or home improvement industry a plus
  • Successful history in managing business operations.
  • Proven business acumen.
  • Experience in motivating and developing sales and operations teams.
  • Knowledge of the tile/flooring or home improvement industry a plus.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
  • Familiarity with industrys rules and regulations
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Leadership and human resources management skills
  • Minimum of 5yeras of recent experience in a Regional or District Manager role for at least 15 locations
  • BS in Business Administration or related field
  • Willingness to Travel 4 out of 5 days per week Emser offers a very competitive compensation and benefits package.

  • Exposure to moving mechanical parts.
  • Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
  • May be exposed to a wide range of temperatures.
  • The noise level is usually loud.
