Job Summary: The Specialized Solutions Executive (SSE) consults with new and existing clients alongside our Account Executive team members and partners to align our clients business outcomes initiatives challenges and opportunities to our Specialized Solutions capabilities in a way that drives extended value for both parties. The role focuses on Business Development by establishing consultant/trusted advisor status with our clients to increase operational efficiencies through lean enterprise methodologies. The SSE leverages discovery and business value assessment techniques to gain an understanding of the business outcomes our customers need to achieve.
Essential Functions:
Strategic Sales Consultant
- Support sales activities with sales strategy on complex projects to lead new and existing customers through the consultative discovery process.
- Identify opportunities by leveraging sales qualification methodology to gain client commitment building momentum and accelerating sales cycles.
- Lead customer engagement to solve data and process strategy by documenting current state against recommended future state.
- Help drive convergence opportunities by consulting with Architectural Engineering & Construction (AEC) firms Engineering Procurement & Construction firms (EPCs) modular construction fabrication etc. on best practices and connected data strategies.
- Work proactively with customerfacing sales teams to:
- Profile accounts
- Introduce Symetri to multiple department leaders across our customer organizations
- Identify expansion opportunities and qualify them
- Gain commitment from key stakeholders
- Develop mutual action plan with clients to accelerate deal closure and forecast accuracy
- Effectively manage opportunity pipeline to meet and exceed established plan.
Enterprise Account Planning
- Build strong relationships with account teams and partners.
- Work with account team members to develop an enterprise account plan (Roadmap) that is specific to each clients business as complex projects arise.
- Assist sales in creating and participating in targeted business development campaigns.
- Assist in the development and communication of clientfacing mutual action plans.
- Perform additional duties as requested or assigned.

Required Education Experience & Certifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or Industrial Engineering preferred or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of experience in consultative enterprise sales experience
- Proven experience identifying and closing $250k and above opportunities and engage Clevel stakeholders
