Sales Representative / Sales Engineer / Sales Consultant required to work for one of the largest HVACR distributors based in Florida.

Sales Representative / Sales Engineer / Sales Consultant will be responsible for expanding the brand through prospecting and driving revenue through key partnerships.

The Ideal Sales Representative / Sales Engineer / Sales Consultant will excel in a fastpaced environment that involves full days of sales activities with a variety of HVAC contractors within a given territory. To be driven by developing new business among prospects whilst growing relationships with existing legacy customers.

Package & Location:

  • $55000 $75000 depending on experience.
  • High uncapped commission scheme.
  • Vehicle allowance.
  • On target earnings between $100000 $200000.
  • Florida based.

Sales Representative / Sales Engineer / Sales Consultant responsibilities:

  • Executing sales processes to completion by developing and maintaining relationships and building trust with influencers and decision makers within each customers and prospects business.
  • Continually developing sales skills and learning the products we sell to prescribe solutions based on the business needs of each contractor.
  • Properly maintaining CRM activities to spend the most quality time with contractors and bring as much value to your interactions with them as possible.
  • Working as a part of a sales unit in the marketplace you will be expected to collaborate with Resource Center Leaders within your territory to ensure our RC Centers are providing the highest level of service to our customers and meeting all their needs.

Sales Representative / Sales Engineer / Sales Consultant role:

  • A successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience B2B outside sales experience to contractors in the HVAC industry.
  • Will be effective time managers experts at building trust and credibility with customers and active listeners who uncover opportunities and roadblocks that they can provide customized solutions for.
  • thrive on creating own sales opportunities from quality time spent learning about each contractors business.
