Deliver outstanding support to customers using Google digital products
Handle non-technical troubleshooting for app payment and content issues
Guide users through clear steps and provide practical solutions
Maintain accurate case logs and communicate effectively with internal teams
Stay up-to-date with tools guidelines and product updates
Deliver service with empathy clarity and professionalism
Fluent German (C1) and strong English skills (B2)
Previous experience in customer care or service-related roles
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
Good digital literacy (familiarity with apps payments and online content)
Friendly focused and service-oriented personality
Available to work on-site in Sofia
Base Salary: 2800 BGN/month
Monthly Performance Bonus
Relocation Package:
300 BGN rental allowance per month (entire contract duration)
150 BGN flight reimbursement (can be processed on arrival or with your first salary)
Real estate admin support upon arrival
Contract Duration: Permanent
Training: 3 weeks on-site
