I. Job Summary
WM is looking for Talent Acquisition Lead to manage our full cycle recruitment from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. Collect and analyzes TA data assists the TA Manage with tasks as assigned and makes recommendations to Management. This role requires an individual to work autonomously while also providing guidance to the team. It is not solely a managerial position.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

  • Experience working in Fintech hirings.

  • Stakeholder & Vendor management skills.
  • Source recruit and network using LinkedIn job boards and social networking to recruit candidates.
  • Source qualify submit to job document in ATS set up interviews and extend offers.
  • Manage applicant tracking system and requisition posting.
  • Use of ATS recruiting database to track schedule and interview prospective candidates.
  • Manage salary negotiations present job offers and facilitate the offer acceptance process.
  • Utilize data and metrics to track and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with HR staffers and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

III. Supervisory Responsibilities
This role will require supervising direct team members and should be open to work as an individual contributor.

IV. Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.


A. Education and Experience

Required:Bachelor or Master Degree (accredited) in Human Resources Business Administration or similar area of study.

Experience:

  • 10 years of related experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Specialized in Fintech hirings.
  • Exposure to US/UK working environment is preferred.
  • Should be comfortable with complete work from office.

B. Other Knowledge Skills or Abilities Required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Required to be exposed to physical environment which involves dirt odors noise weather extremes or similar elements rarely;
  • Normal setting for this job is office setting;
  • Ability to travel 10 15% in support of job fairs and training requirements.
