I. Job Summary
WM is looking for Talent Acquisition Lead to manage our full cycle recruitment from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. Collect and analyzes TA data assists the TA Manage with tasks as assigned and makes recommendations to Management. This role requires an individual to work autonomously while also providing guidance to the team. It is not solely a managerial position.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

This role will require supervising direct team members and should be open to work as an individual contributor.
