The PostProduction Manager is responsible for managing a specialized team to ensure that postproduction activities meet high standards of quality productivity and efficiency. Their role includes overseeing projects to deliver them on time and within budget aligned with client expectations and the brand message. They also lead innovation process automation and collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Key operational responsibility of the broadcast team including adherence to KPIs for the below priorities: Quality Utilisation Productivity Sourcing.
  • The PostProduction Manager will be responsible for overseeing nurturing and improving a highquality postproduction operation.
  • Collaborate with accounts project manager and client teams to ensure creative productions meet client expectations.
  • Train and manage all PostProduction production staff.
  • Oversee budgeting planning and resource allocation of all projects.
  • Oversee studio activity.
  • Ensuring producers and schedulers are working together to assign appropriate talent.
  • Ensuring all production activities are ontime and onbudget.
  • Act as the escalation point for postproduction issues and implement positive conflict resolution techniques.
  • Ensure efficient utilization and cross utilisation of resources and anticipate and plan solutions to potential challenges with staffing and resource availability across projects.
  • Create/maintain strategic relationships with external postproduction partners and facilities for overflow
  • Collaborate with account and client teams to ensure creative productions meet client expectations and remain onbrand message
  • Ongoing review of postproduction process and practices with an eye toward enhancing profitability and increasing effectiveness including a key focus on innovation and automation
  • Identify support and drive automation opportunities to minimize manual workflows
  • Solve production and technical issues with the production and technical support team
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure our postproduction operations are operating to optimum profit
  • Contribute to Hogarth Worldwide Spain office agency culture by exhibiting ownership professionalism passion and leading by example
