About the Role:We are looking for a Data Quality & Standards Manager with a strong focus on managerial competencies and a comprehensive vision of organizational processes.
This role involves collaborating with the Data Domains Manager to ensure high data quality levels for Material Master data with an emphasis on project management and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team including recruiting training and supervising staff.
Develop and oversee data management strategies rules and processes for data usage and quality standards.
Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and senior stakeholders including delivery executive presentations.
Strategically develop the departmentto align with organizational goals.
Promote improvement and change initiativesto support new development strategies.
Ensure compliance with regulations through secure data handling and analysis procedures.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
4 to 6 years of relevant work experience with a focus on managerial roles.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Proficiency in developing and implementing strategic initiatives.
Experience in project management and process improvement.
Excellent problemsolving critical thinking and decisionmaking abilities.
Effective interaction and communication with higher management.
