Job Description: Strickland Family started all of this in1974. Your deep knowledge of every facet of the Car business is what we need to continue. You must be a Used Car guru we sell so many carsToyota Canada cant supply us with enough New product. Meet and surpass all of our Customers expectations through stellar service. Lead all of the Strickland team from Detail to Technician to Sales to Service Manager and Sales Manager. Your ability to do all of these jobs yourself will guarantee you the winning position.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Success: Manage all aspects of the dealerships operations from sales and financial services to the daily hustle and bustle.
  • Build Your Dream Team: Recruit hire and mentor toptier sales talent to thrive in todays fastpaced automotive retail world.
  • Close the Deal: Structure winning new and used vehicle transactions and master the art of vehicle appraisals and valuations.
  • Champion Excellence: Ensure our dealerships reputation efficiency and profitability stay in the fast lane.
  • Collaborate and Conquer: Work closely with customers employees and vendors to build strong relationships and deliver an unforgettable guest experience.
  • Innovate to Elevate: Implement bold strategies that keep us ahead of the competition and driving toward our goals.

Qualifications:

  • Industry Leader: 10 years of management experience in the retail automotive industry with a proven track record of leading a team of 50 employees.
  • Sales Guru: Deep knowledge of new and used vehicle sales finance products and transaction structuring.
  • F&I Pro: Experience in both Automotive Retail Sales and Financial Services Office is highly preferred.
  • Motivated GoGetter: Highenergy selfstarter with a burning passion for success in the automotive industry.
  • Master Communicator: Exceptional communication and leadership skills that inspire and drive results.

Experience:

  • Management: 10 years (Preferred)
  • Sales: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Automotive Dealership: 10 years (Preferred)

Education:

  • Secondary School: (Preferred)
  • Business Degree: (Preferred)

License:

  • Valid Drivers License: (Preferred)
