Catering Supervisor
The Memorial Hospital currently has a fantastic opportunity to appoint the next Catering Supervisor who has a genuine passion for leadership in a commercial cookery setting. This role requires a candidate who can assist with the management of daily operations of a large private hospital kitchen setting. Being confident and comfortable to liaise with all staff team leaders Executives and various heads of departments is essential. Suitable applicants with the right experience are encouraged to apply.
About the role:
- Maintain excellent communication with management and facility staff
- Hands on support and guidance to the food services staff
- Demonstrated understanding to accreditation standards WH&S management rostering staffing stock ordering and function coordination
- Lead supervise coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional service
- Role model to peers and maintains positive staff morale through effective teamwork

About you:
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience
- Specific experience in commercial volume food production and distribution
- Must be proactive flexible lateral creative and dynamic
- High level communication skills
- Preferably hold a minimum certificate level qualification in management
