WHAT YOULL BE DOING
- Own and drive the customer acquisition strategy for partnerships and affiliate marketing programs across Germany Austria and Rest of Europe
- Own performance management publisher sourcing negotiations and onboarding to ensure continued progress towards growth targets
- Oversee and nurture partner relationships
- Own projects to improve effectiveness of processes and channel effectiveness end to end
- Partner closely with the data organisation in improving tracking capabilities and measuring the effectiveness
- Work crossfunctionally with internal teams across growth marketing brand social PR and product
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- 4 years of experience as Affiliate/ Partnerships Manager in a businesstoconsumer and/or appfirst business
- 2 years of relevant experience at a fast paced scale up
- Analytical mindset you have experience with automating reports and you are confident in excel
- Experience in managing external partners and vendors
- Experience with affiliate partner management platforms such as Impact Radius financeAds etc.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; thrives in highly collaborative projects effective at building consensus and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fastpaced scaleup environment
- You are proficient in English and German. Any other European language is a plus
