Job Description
Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Fulltime
About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and handson Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and manage the financial operations of our organization. As a key member of the executive team the CFO will play a critical role in shaping financial strategy overseeing operational efficiency and ensuring the company s financial health as we scale. This is a fully remote position and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and growing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company s financial strategy in alignment with overall business goals.

Lead budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes.

Manage cash flow accounting audits financial reporting and compliance.

Oversee risk management cost control and internal financial controls.

Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive leadership based on financial analysis and projections.

Collaborate crossfunctionally with department leaders to support financial decisionmaking.

Establish and manage KPIs to measure financial and operational performance.

Supervise and mentor finance and accounting teams (internal or outsourced).

Interface with investors auditors legal advisors and other external stakeholders.
Qualifications
-
Proven experience 8 years) in senior financial leadership roles preferably in highgrowth or startup environments.

Strong understanding of corporate finance accounting financial modeling and regulatory compliance.

Experience with SaaS ecommerce or servicesbased businesses is a plus.

CPA MBA or equivalent financial certification preferred.

Proficient in financial software and tools (e.g. QuickBooks NetSuite Excel financial modeling platforms).

Exceptional leadership analytical and communication skills.

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
