DACH Outbound Agent (m/f/d) Remote B2B TeleSales Focus: ESG Risk & Supply Chain
Start: Immediately
Location: 100% Remote (within DACH)
Languages: Fluent German and English
Type: Fulltime or parttime
VECTRA International is a Brusselsbased boutique consultancy operating globally. We support industrial and trading companies in managing complex risk environments with a focus on ESG supply chain compliance business continuity and responsible transformation.
Tasks

You are an experienced B2B outbound caller. You know how to reach decisionmakers with clarity confidence and a structured approach.
Your mission:
- Conduct professional outbound calls to qualified companies across the DACH region.
- Identify and engage relevant contacts in procurement risk management sustainability or supply chain departments.
- Sell VECTRAs Services to prospective clients.
- Accurately document your activities in our CRM and work closely with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Your Profile
- Proven track record in B2B outbound calling or telesales ideally in consulting ESG compliance or other knowledgebased services.
- Strong communication skills professional phone presence and confidence speaking with seniorlevel contacts.
- Ability to work independently remotely and in a structured manner.
- Fluent in German and English
