St Trinity is a leading Australian propertyinvestment and wealthcreation business. We produce highimpact video content from indepth YouTube analyses to shortform social clips that educates inspires and converts our audience of property investors and finance enthusiasts.
We re seeking a midtosenior Video Editor with a proven track record in wealth finance or property content. You ll craft daily long and shortform videos culling footage reshaping talkinghead segments and building compelling narratives that keep viewers watching and coming back for more.
Daily Content Production: Edit and deliver both longform (YouTube) and shortform (Reels/TikTok/LinkedIn) videos on a daily cadence.
TalkingHead Expertise: Polish talkinghead footage selecting the best takes tightening pacing and enhancing onscreen presence.
EngagementDriven Editing: Identify and remove dead air or offtopic segments; reorder talking points nonlinearly to serve a clear story arc.
Platform Optimization: Export and format deliverables to platform specs (aspect ratios file sizes captions).
Collaborative Workflow: Work closely with scriptwriters oncamera talent and motiongraphics teammates to ensure brand consistency and production quality.
PostProduction Polishing: Perform color grading audio mixing and basic motiongraphics (Lower thirds titles) as needed.
Versioning & Repurposing: Rapidly spin up multiple cutdowns (e.g. 2minute highlights 30second teasers) from each session.
Experience: 3 5 years of professional video editing with a portfolio of wealth/finance/property videos.
Technical Proficiency:
Expert in Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve
Comfortable with After Effects (motiongraphics a plus)
Strong audioediting skills (noise reduction level balancing)
Narrative Instinct: You know instinctively which moments will hook an investoraudience and how to reorder segments to amplify impact.
SelfStarter Attitude: Ability to manage a daily workload hit tight deadlines and pivot quickly on feedback.
Communication: Clear proactive updates and receptive to direction from remote stakeholders.
Volume:
20 25 shortform clips per week
4 6 longform YouTube videos per month
Engagement:
Average watchtime 10% monthonmonth
Subscriber growth targets (as defined quarterly)
Quality:
<5% rework rate on first cuts
